THE HONOR COUNCIL The Honor Council is made up of the presidents of the four upper classes, mem- bers of the National Honor Society, the President of the Student Council, the Headmistress, and a faculty adviser. The Council tries cases which involve vio- lations of the Collegiate Honor Code. It meets in secret and keeps no perma- nent records. GIFT AND WELFARE The Gift and Welfare Committee conducts all the charitable activities at Col- legiate. During the year it raises money for many different charities and supports a Korean orphan. Thanksgiving baskets of food are given to institutions and Christmas presents are sent to underprivileged children.
