Greetings From the Deans Recentlv a very gratifying letter came from one of our best medical schools complimenting the college on the quality of work done by the students from Wooster. A well known alum- nus in Boston said, We are always proud of the type of student Wooster sends to our graduate schools in the east. Not one of them has disappointed us. Such testimonies warm our hearts and give us confidence in the future. We have never had in the college a finer, more capable group of young people than those whom this book represents. We have every hope that they, too, will keep faith. WILLIAM R. WES'IiI'lAFER, Dean of the College During my short stay here I have learned that the College ol' Wooster is bounded on the north by the Comptons, on the east by Profes- sor Lowry, on the south by Genevieve Rowe, but that its westertn limits are as yet undefined. 'I'o each reader of the N32 Index, therefore, comes the opportunity to stake out Wooster's claims to the west, the west of undiscovered areas of activity in the realms of noble human LIIISSIIE WILLIS BROCKMAN. Dean of llhmzen endeavor. One high authority in the Presbyterian Church who is not connected with the College of Wooster recentlv said that, in his judgment. the Church could look to Wooster with greater hope than to any other college. If students and faculty together are making it possible for life to be lived more fully here so that those who go out and those of us who remain may live more fully as each student generation passes, that judgment may be vindicated, NIAIVIES ANDERSON, JR., lleazz of Mm: Twen ty-five R itil 5 t .
