AUTC BODY The courses in this department range all the way from general construction methods used in Auto Body building to the re- placement of auto body trim, and an orientation into shop and business management and human relations. The student is taught to repair high and low crowned panels, align body sec- tions, and the technique of realistically estimating the costs of repairing damages. Class members will learn all phases of metal preparation including sanding and masking. Instruction in door, hood and deck lid hardware and alignment, replacing windshield and back glasses, panel replacement procedures and front end sheet metal repair and alignment are included in this course with the student also learning to mix and match paint.
