Last fall delegates attended the state convention held in San Francisco and succeeded in bringing next year's con- vention to COS. In order to facilitate planning, the group held an election and chose Raymond Spencer club president for next year. ln the spring ten delegates attended the model U.N. meeting held at the University of California. COS was chosen to serve as Ecuador, and was one of the few junior colleges selected to participate in the conference. One of the most active clubs on campus, the IRC held its meetings with great regularity, bringing in outside speakers on several occasions.
