Primary Stories MY PUPPIE. Daddy brought me a French poodle. He came wrapped up in the machine robe. When he came, he had such cute tricks. He used to tickle my legs so that I laughed. I liked to see his little pink nose peeping out of the robe when he came. You can never guess where he slept. He slept behind the garbage can. Wasnit that a funny place? He came in 3. machine robe and Daddy took him away in a hat box. I was sorry to see him go. DAWSON BLACKMORE SHERIGK, Primary III. E71 ALFRED. Alfred is my little brother. He is three years old. He has big, brown eyes and light hair. He is round and fat. In winter he wears rompers and black shoes and White stockings. In summer he wears rompers and socks and slippers. Alfred likes toys. He likes toy automobiles and horses and wagons. He likes to see how they are made. Alfred likes to look at picture books, and to ride on the coaster. He has a bag of marbles, and he likes to play with them. I play with him sometimes. We play with dominoes sometimes. We have them for money. ANN SHEPHERD, Primary II.
