POPULARITY CONTEST lContinuedl Rosemary Boos, a Iunior ot College High School, tied for queen honors last year with Bessie Schatte, and won second place this year. Elizabeth MacDonald, also a lunior, won third place in the contest. Luther Hahs, ot Friedheim, Mo., who graduates this year, and has attended College High School tour successive years, was voted the most popular boy. He has been elected class president each year, is a member ot the National Honor Society, President of the S. A. K, Club and a member ot the Dramat Club. ic Bill Parker, a Senior, was voted second most popular boy. Anson McKee, a Senior, Won third place in the popularity contest. Training School Graduates Are Lucky They don't have tar to go to college. The Summer School Opens May 31 The Fall Session opens September 7 ll.

Looking Rack By Ruth Darnell Long, very long ago, certain people were advised not to look back. When one of them did so, dire was the result. But that was many years ago, and today, l, like one of them, find myself looking back. Looking back on perhaps the most sublime days of my school life. Although the effort does not change me into a pillar of salt, l pay the cost, a twinge of pain and regret. For l shall be leaving this. There will be much that l shall miss. After eliminating the more helpful elements, there will remain all the sundry little happenings to keep me remembering. For l shall remember, probably to the extent of becoming poetic.
