DR. DANTE TORRESE Dr. Torrese brings flair into the prosthetics department not only with his well known mustache but also with his exuberant personality. He can be found on the clinic floor every Tuesday and Friday like clockwork. Always patient and always willing to lend a hand, he is one of the most sought after instructors on the floor. When asked how to prep a tooth for a crown, Dr. Torrese would reply, with a twinkle in his eyes, Ah, elementary!! Thank you for your dedication and guidance which has made our senior year a more productive and enjoyable learning experience.

DEDICATIONS DR. STANISLAW H. BRZUSTOWICZ THIS CLASS WILL BEGIN AT 8:00 A.M. EVERY MONDA Y MORNING. I WILL BE HERE ON TIME AND I EXPECT THE SAME OF YOU. With these fateful words, Dr. B, as he is affectionately known to his students, introduced us to the world of Operative Dentistry. True to his word, he was there every Monday with a smile and a helping hand. He sa w us through numerous pulped out and overextended green teeth and made our first brush with clinical dentistry an interesting learning experience. It ' s due to Dr. B that we managed to tackle those first patients with some sem- blance of confidence. Dr. BRZUSTOWICZ retired last year, his patients will miss him sorely and so will we. Our thanks for all your help. m

Dr. RICHARD LICHTENTHAI With summer session I, came the rather intimidating task of dealing with real patients (no more green teeth!), rubber dams and cavity preps that looked nothing like the ideal G. V. Black prep. Thankfully Dr. Lichtenthai was there, to help us through with infinite patience, he walked us through minor crisis and major goofups, never once losing his cheerful attitude. Dr. Lichtenthai is also on the clinic floor during Junior and Senior years keeping an eye on the students and keeping track of the practical. The class of 1989 would like to extend their thanks to Dr. Lichtenthai for being an excellent teacher and friend.
