vw. -4 BEACON STAFF. . . '87 S urpczssi ng Excellence As H1051 ol' you know, the Beacon Staff are the students who put together your yearbook. But there is inside work that took place and many never heard about. There was time given up. usually Fridays. The workshops were 4-5 hours long sometimes longer. These workshops were used to make up pages that would be part of your yearbook. The other outside hours were used to sell Ads. We sold 54400.00 worth, which was a new all time record. There were also deadlines to meet. Boy. those really put the pressure on. We had to meet deadlines once a month. With classes and exams, this created quite a load. We weren't always so dedicated to go to those meetings and workshops. but somehow we pulled together and worked as a team. Our main goal . . . to make the best year- book ever!!! We would like to thank the student body for allowing those candid shots that helped make the yearbook. This yearbook has left records for others to surpass.
