3 Nw RAYMOND PRICE Price, Raymond, Lord, fTackle.j Another valu- able asset to last year's team. Ray was a. very re- liable and steady player and could always be depend- ed upon to do his part in every game. He always re- ceived much applause fnom the sidelines, especially from the ' 'Girl's section. The only player to have the distinction of -playing every minute in every game. E TOM SAGE ' Sage, Tom, Sagie. fFul1-backj. Tom has played two years on the High School team, and during that time has never failed to give a good account of him- self. He was a hard hitter and a good ground gainer. I-Ie could also back up the line well. Tom will be greatly missed on this year 's team. CHAS. SCHLOSSER Schlosser, Chas., Chuck, fQuarterlbackJ. In a case like this it is the best policy for an Athletic Editor to keep still. CLARENCE WELCH Welch, Clarence, Keno, CEndj. One of the best ends that ever played on the Orange and Black team. He was fast .and shifty, and hard to tackle, when running with the ball. Keno was very adept at catching passes. Made .the touchdown which enabled the locals to tie Boone in the opening game of the season. Lost to this year's 'team by graduation. SAM WILLIAMS Williams, Sam, Perk, fHa1f and Fulllhackl. A- very flashy back with lots of speed. Due to frequent injuries, howeverg he didn't have a chance to show his best. Perk always .had the fighting spirit, which served as an incentive to the rest, of the players on the team. Played very good in. the Val- ley Jct. Game. The season of 1925 ended his High School football career on account of graduation.

1 4' ur tg e, y ,,,. r ANDREW WERESH Weresh, Andrew, Nick, CGuard and Full-backj. Another valuable piece of machinery on the team. When Nick opened up a hole, there was room to drive a wagon thrdnigh. He played exceptionally well in the Newton game. Late in the season he was shifted to the full-back position. Andy says: I hate to think of the awful beating that we are go- ing to give Newton this year. - ROBERT WILSON Wilson, Robert, Bob, CTackleJ'. Although he wasnit. a starlperformer, Bob was,of real value to the foot ball team during the4'15wo'y,ears that ,he played. He always played haird and itt was very seldom that he mis ed a tackle. An- other good prospect for this year 's team. A good line plunger and a hard man to stop. Wayne has two years left. Keep your eyes open for Wayne. LOUIS JOLLY ' ' Jolly, Loui , Louie, CSub-tacklel. Louis re- ceived more bumps and knocks than any other man on the team, but he always came back for more. Al- though he didn 't make his letter, he did show that he had the rightstui in him.
