CLASS WILL We, the Senior Class of 1958, of Colfax High School, are about to pass from our beloved school forever. Realizing this, we formulate our last will and testament in the following manner: WE bequeath unto the School Board and all members of the faculty the unhappy duty of running the school without our wisdom and knowledge to help them. LUCILLE AIKEN and JOYCE HENDERSON leave their ability to polka to Polly Parnell and Mary Ann Sommerfield. JUDITH BABB gives her ability for going steady to Joyce Morgan. LIANNE BABB leaves her fourth period nap to the poor soul that next occupies her Washington History seat. LILLIAN BARTLETT leaves her Journalism book Qgladlyj to anyone who wants it. JUDY BAUSHER leaves her out-of-town dates. ROBERT BUMGARNER leaves as much as he received-nothing! CAROLYN COPPOCK leaves her Senior Poll position as Bashful to Peggy Weitz. MICKEY DARNOLD leaves his good looks with anyone who needs them more than he does. GARY DAVIDSON leaves his height to Laverne Ochs, who needs it. JERRY DODGEN leaves his pep and enthusiasm to the Student Body. CHERYL DOTY leaves her badminton talent to Teach to distribute to players who most need it. LACEY EBBERT wills her job as editor of the annual and a bottle of headache pills to Bill Freeman. LARRY EMERSON leaves-absolutely exhausted! BILL FOLEY wills his motor scooter to anyone brave enough to drive it. BONNIE HARLOW leaves her laugh still echoing in the halls of C.H.S. DOROTHY HATFIELD leaves, to join Bob. PAT JOHNSON leaves, with regret, her ruined voice to Jane, who probably doesnit want it. KEITH KAMMERZELL's friendly winning ways stay with Terry Boldt. PAUL KUNZE leaves his ability to skip school and get away with it to his little brother. GLEN LAMAR leaves. No more art at C.H.S. PENNY LEWIS leaves her ability to attract older men to Myrna Miller. GARY LOWE outruns Mrs. Nelson, chasing him with a Spanish book. ELAINE MCCROSKEY leaves her extra credit reports in Mr. Bafus' class to all failing students. RHOD MCINTOSH leaves his athletic ability to the Golden C Club. JIM MARTIN leaves-entirely mystified! SAM MAXWELL leaves for Rosalia! MARVIN MORASCH leaves his position in the quartette to Butch Hodge. JOANNE MORGAN bequeaths to Mary Helen Barber the gentle art of making big stories out of little stories. PATSY NELSON leaves her gavel to next year's Girls' Federation president, Mae Bon- tadelli. CLAUDELLE NOLAN leaves to change her name. RODNEY OCHS leaves his brain to the research department at Harvard University. JANICE PEERY wills her tardy slips to someone who is punctual. VIC ROBERTS bequeaths the underclass girls to the underclass men. JOHN ROSSMEISSL leaves his wise cracks to James Holmes. JUDY RUBIN's ability for getting on the good side of teachers stays with Dan Maxwell. JON SCHIERMAN leaves with no weeping or wailing. MARLENE SCHUMACHER wills her red hair to Karen Mandarino. We wonder how she will look with it. FRANK STEDMAN leaves, hoping never to return. JEANNE STEIGER leaves her school spirit to the the C.H.S. student body.
