Class Will WHEREAS: We, the noble and sagacious Senior class of 1956 of the Colfax High School located in the city of Colfax. Whitman County, State of Washington, the United States of North America, about to pass from this, our present realm. forever and ever, and realizing that we are the most intelligent class that ever trod the spacious halls of this honorable and incorruptible edifice having reconvened from the dreadful disease known as education and, being of sound body and weak mind, deem it meet and fair that our earthly wealth, which is ours by right of gain flawfully and otllerwisej be properly distributed among our less fortunate brethren, do declare and publish this our last will and testament by virtue of which all previous instruments are declared in default, invalid, null and void, and of no consequence whatsoever: VIRGINIA BALDWIN passes on her willingness to work on committees to Durand Cox. ARLENE BRANNAN leaves her Girls' Federation announcements to next year's president. DOROTHY CARROLL wills her ornery but innocent wayito Bub McIntyre. ALVIN COLVIN gives back everything he has borrowed the last four years. JANICE HELM leaves exhausted and flustrated after being teased by DUANE OCHS and many, many, others. SHARON HARLOW leaves, Qshe hopesj, so she is going to take all her charm with her. RICHARD FURRY wills his nickname, Fleece to some fortunate person. FRED GASS wills his shapely legs and his bass voice to Carol Ann Repp. MARLENE HARRIS started to leave her hair, but decided she didn't look as well bald. LIN HARRISON gives his surplus pep to you. All Democrats, notice!! JIM HARTMAN leaves, hurrah! NANCY HEIDENREICH wills a new set of tested scales to next year's treasurer, to balance the books. JANE HENRY and VIRGINIA KRAMLICH leave their ruined voices to next year's yell leaders. SHARON HODGE wills her acting ability to John Rossmeissl. CYNTHIA HOLBROOK leaves her sister Penny for C.H.S. to take care of. SANDRA HUBBARD bequeaths her way with the underclassmen to Annette Vandeveer MIKE JOHNSON leaves six inches of rubber on the bridge. JIM LORD leaves his rat gun to Judy Rubin to keep for the week-end hunts. CHARLOTTE McCROSKEY'S outstanding personality is given to Pat Johnson. EARL MCDONALD passes on the neat laugh to Willie Lowe.
