J oAnn Gering ln the fall of 1948 the class of l952 entered the halls of C.H.S. as timid green frosh. As a welcome we were given a Senior-Frosh show and a Sophomore- Frosh party. Later both were reciprocated. As Sophomores we gave the Frosh a welcoming party and through our ensrgy won the honor of being the top class in the Blue and Gold tag sale. Our Junior year was a more active one. We gave a very successful prom en- titled Some Enchanted Evening, held a scrap drive. and last of all. put on the Junior-Senior Banquet. ln our Senior year we at last gained the heights which had seemed so distant when we were timid green freshman. To begin the year we gave the little Frosh at theater party and later had several parties of our own, sponsored the Homecoming Activities, and to top things, presented the senior ball with the theme. Aloha. Our advisers, to whom we owe an great deal are: Miss McDonald, lVlr. Mahlik, and Mr. Dell. Fourteen
