Leadership and guidance are ime perative in the function of such a large school as Colerain. The man who supplied these factors was the principal, Mr. Kleeman. His fine abilities were displayed as he per- formed the duties required of his position, from the establishment of school policies to the oration at graduation ceremonies. Being new to Colerain, he brought changes which aided in the school's growth. Mr. Kleemanhs work in the 1968-69 school year greatly attributed to the fine repu- tation of Colerain High School. SUPERINTENDENT: DIR, EDMOND HAMMOND Mr. Edmond Hammond, Superinh tendent of the Northwest Local School District, and the School Board, led by PIESident Raymond Hensley, worked together to better the educatioml system in Colerain's school district, Together they dedi- cated their services to the success- ful administration of the many schools in the Northwest area. Mrs. Styles final year as Coler- ain's Assistant Principal was marked by her usual dedicationK 21nd enthusi- asm. The interest she showed as she carried out the duties of her position gained for her the respect of the student body. She success- fully handled all extracurricular ac- tivities, giving approval to the proj- ects of the various organizations. She also patiently listened to the: students' pros and cons concerning school policies. Her helpfulness and interest were greatly appreciated by all.
