The four seniors playing their last basketball season at Coleman are Don Carlson, George Feidorowicz, Paul Evan, and Ralph Johnston. The co- captains elected by the team were Paul Evan and George Feidorowicz. Due to excitement and perhaps a little unorganization, we lost our first two games. In our third game, against Preble, we won a thrilling contest by a one point margin. The final score of our first victory was Coleman 55, Preble 54. Although perhaps a little weak on the offensive side, Coleman has one of the best defensive units in the M-O Conference. Opponents have a small earned-point average against the fighting Cougars.
