l wish to take this occasion to express my congratulations and best wishes to the graduates of the class of 1958. For four years you have lived in close association with your teachers and fellow students, co-operating with them to make the work of Education a success. Let me remind you, however,that your gad- duation from high school marks only the beginning of your adult life.
