From early childhood you were taught to play games. Games have had an important part in the development of every man and woman. For many men and women today their vocations and avocations are looked upon by them as games. The only difference is the difference in the way the game isplayed and the prizes which are sought. All games have one thing in common and that is the set of rules which regulate the actions of the players. If a player in a game of bridge, chess or golf should suddenly grow antago- nistic to the set of rules under which he is playing and refuse to abide by them substitutinga set of his own rules or no rules at all he ruins the game both for himself and his friends Every game has a prize a reward of some kind for those who are able to achieve success THE REWARDS OF RIGHT CONDUCT ARE PERSONAL SATISFACTION Your parents your teachers the citizenry of our Village have labored long and earnestly to teach you the fundamentals of the game They have taken you through the minor leagues and now you are ready for the BIG TIME How long you stay in this league and how soon your peers will vote you into the Hall of Fame IS now up to you and how will you follow the rules of the game BOARD OF EDUCATION 'QI-1' I Paul Hoyng Ray Dobmeyer Dave Sowar, George Billerman, Ralph Wenning.
