Marilyn Bruns a nurse married to a doctor from Cincinnati and Alvin Sudhoff an Attorney General of the U S met and decided to h ve a class reunion and so lnvltatlols we e sent to all former classmates urg'ng them to attend Just as I stepped off the train in Coldwater to attend this reunion whom should I meet but Carl Welskittel After exchanging greetings he informed me that he and Ray Walkup after attending Ohio State and spending several years in the armed forces had both obtained highly paid Jobs at Wright Yield as engineers Later on at the reunion I learned that Jerry Mestemaker who always doubted llnste1n's 15110017 of relativity has adopted e much easier plan and has become the leading mathmetlclan of the day Bud Shmffner and Don Stahl are partners in the huge chain of restaurants known all over the world as the lat and Bun Restaur nts and Don is married to the champion pam- cake flopper of the state who is none other than lsther Hartings lary Lou Uhlenhake has become a noted gossip columnist for the lew York Herald Trlbgge and Virginia Soddere has attained her desire by becoming s nurse and is now working at the St lsr!'s Hospital in Phoenix Bob Reichert an inventor has invented 'restwell' mattresses for oyster beds and exercises for reducing one's income taxes Joe Desch-the second Jerry Lewis ha Just returned from a vacation in Florida after the release of his latest picture Rita Pohl Barbara Stammen and Mary Lou Sudhoff, after working three years in lew Idea offices. finally re llzed his dream of owning a modern 1 000 acre farm and those employed by him are August Jutte, Junior Gaerke and Paul Billerman Bonnie Schoeppner has become quite famous as a comic strip cartoonist of 'Sweet Fanny Gooney ' Relbmber her drawings in art class! Don Dlmweling is an instructor in plain an fancy golf He also gives bridge and oil painting lessons to spectators between.golf1ng efforts Barbara lacks is a famous designer She designs gowns for all the best dress d women in the country and she herself looks 'the glass of fashion and the mold of form ' Jack Schenking is the owner of a large stable of racing snalls He has a race track built up the side of his house and spends most of his time lying in a hammock watching his faithful snails crawl on and up to victory Donna Henning ls a wealthy cosmettelan and proprietor of Ye Beautifier Shoppy 'alterations while you walt' an u to-date shop combining t e arts of beauty culture and plastic surgery Carl Bettinger has bypassed Charles ltlas's title and is now holder of the title 'fhe world's most perfectly developed man ' ld Schwieterman and Paul !ox are real estate salesmen sell ing Florida lots by the gross to the inhabitants of Labrador and igloos to the dwellers in the Sahara desert lorb lumk and Harold Post are the owners of the 'Hep Cat' taxi service in Chicago and have lots of business LeRoy lessen is a famous newspaper reporter and is noted for interviewing a criminal while he is committing the crime and getting tomorrow' news last meek Harlan lescher is one of St John's typical housewives llaine llekamp is a chorus girl in the 'Rockettes ' And Lucy Huhlenkamp broke the Muhlenkamn tradition by m0'1HG DVB! from St Anthony and is now a stewardess in California Jeanette Schoch and husband who is a famous cattle raiser own a large ranch ln Texas Delores Roman is doing fine for herself he is teaching dancing and has introduced the popular ballroom steps the grapevine glide and the thlstledown float lelvln Iledderjohann, after graduating from high school stepped into the shoes of George Miken and was center for the Minneapolis xlkers, now has become their head ooloh ay Tebbe is the head chemist at Harvard and has isolated the germs of laziness love. and hate Alma Steinke is s conductor of selected tours of the world lecturing on the points of interest they are passing Jim lorsthoefel is the proprietor and owner of a large dairy farm in Wisconsin Larry Dress has just returned from participating ln the Olympics and won the title of the world's greatest athlete Also another classmate who has Just returned from a foreign country is Lois Dllworth he has been doing missionary work in the Cannibal Islands where she did a wonderful Job among the aborigines After Marie lilson's retirement Orpha Brookhart stepped in her shoes and now has the program 'ly Friend Irma ' Jean Peggs tells me that she ls kept busy by rearing her navy crew Ruth Jutte is now star skater in the roller derby and is seen on television weekly Shirley Hein is now a John Powers model in lew York and I am now ln charge of the laval Hospital in Virginia And so this entire senior class has passed in review.
