C0 op Plan llas Third Anniversary The third anniversary of the Cooperative Training program was this year, and the plan has increased in size considerably from the original group. There were more than 40 members in the group, all working at such jobs as retail, industrial, and secretarial po- sitions. The main purpose of this plan is to help those students who aren't going to college to adjust from high school to actual working conditions. The firms in the community co- operate with the plan by hiring these stu- dents. Each student is graded on the job. They're rated in these things: appearance, promptness, cooperation, dependability, atti- tude, manner, ability to get along with others and iob performance. Students under this plan attend school half days and work the rest of the day. A C or above is required from the students before they are eligible to receive an achievement certificate at the end of their senior year. Back Row L to R D Gentry D Pask T McBride S Bressler, N.
