Superintendents Message This lpas been a good year for our schools. All departments have striven for progress and are constantly studying new and better methods of teaching and learning. The primary objective of our public schools in America, it seems to me, must always be teaching boys and girls to live in this complex world to the best of their capabilities, and, above all how to live democrat- ically. In order to teach effectively, our school must consider the whole child. That means that we attempt to develop the child physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. If we do these things, we need the co-operation of the home school community, and churches. I firmly believe that our school has that type of co-operation, and that we will continue to go forward toward our goal of better opportunities for all our young people. 3
