Guests sat at flower trimmed tables placed under a Hawaiian sky, that ranged from the setting sun behind palm trees at one end, to deep midnight blue with twinkling stars, at the other. The band sat on the hotel terrace and played Hawaiian melodies as the guests disembarked from the ship, C, H,S. Cruiser. The sophomores, dressed in gay skirts and white sailor suits, waited on the guests as they enjoyed their Hawaiian Holiday.
