THE KAT7' E l0R CLASS PLAY John Tom Kitty Katz Tiger Katz Puss Katz Mrs Helfer Ardyth Helfer Allie Katz Kay Ryland Thelma Thorpe Pole Katz John Tom, the confirmed woman hater, disrupts Mrs Katherine Katz' fKittyJ household when he arrives from the great outdoors after living for years as a hermit Tiger and Puss, Kitty's active children, add to the confusion when Mrs J Gurney Helfer and Ardyth Helfer come to stay at the boardinghouse which Kitty operates Mrs Alicia Katz CA1l1e7 who is very sensitive of a hair which grows from a mole on her upper lip, gets into the race to marry John Tom when it is discovered that he has become fabuously rich in uranium Pole Katz, Al1ie's spoiled son, and Tiger are fighting tooth and nail over everything in gene ral and Kay and Thelma in particular Also, John Tom offers 310,000 to the boy who can grow the best crop of whiskers, which adds to the hard feelings between them Humbolt comes into the picture as a super salesman of Snorkins Smelcher products Kay and Thelma flirt with Humboltto get the boy's atten tion, and they dol Poor Humbolt is dosed up with his own medicine by Tiger, Pole, and Duck, who is gone over Puss Elvirv Sapp from Tarnation Gap, the maid, and OSCHP J0Pgens0n, the Swedish man of all work, amus everyone with their goings on Tabby Katz, the bearded lady from the circus, arrives to flatten John Tom's remark that there is one thing a woman canftdo and that is to grow whiskers Clem, the tattooed man, comes to fetch Tabby back to the circus where he tells her they are going to be married After the dust settles from the uproar, we see that John Tom is going to marry Kitty to the delight of her children Tiger and Kay, Pole and Thelma, Duck and Puss, and even Elviry and Oscar iron out their troubles Thus, a happy ending to 'The Katz' whiskers N WHIQKER3 Ronnie Murphy Carol Smith John McCowen Deloris Polsley Janet Lavely Jeanette Goodman Jean Nothwehr Dollita Keep Myrtle Larabee Albert Bell Humbold Buzard Ronny Roach Elviry Sapp Pat Bolin Oscar Jorgenson Vic Anderson Duck Mallard Larry Adams Tabby Katz Virginia Lovitt Clem Corkins Leroy Whitehill Win , 4.
