C onfident young Freshmen were we upon entering in 1954. U fficers' elections were the first item on our busy agenda. H ardly had we commenced our studies, when we chose class pins , A nd held our first class party in the cafeteria. S uccessfully we completed this year and moved on to S ophomores when, along with the added work, E veryone found the time to make our Leap Year Whirl a success. T empur fugil, and soon we found ourselves A s juniors, making preparations to receive class rings, and initiate members into the Honor Society. L o and behold our Frosty Frolic and prom gave the final touch to an un- forgettable year, and in a W hirl of excitement we soon realized that we had finally become seniors, A ble and willing to work for the time when this memorable Y ear will reach its climax-that day in June when we S hall stand ready and happy to receive our diplomas, hopefully facing our future.
