ROTC Trains Military Leaders The ROTC course is designed to give basic training to those interested in the military. Basic elements of drill, military history, and marks- manship are emphasized. instructing the course is Capt. Art Knobeloch of Kansas State College at Pittsburg. Coffeyville ROTC members Rick Green, Charles Vist, Terry Foster, and Gary Foster attended the pre- summer training camp for ROTC ca- dets held at Camp Crowder on April 21 and 22.
