Now our fun was just beg1nn1ng Thls year we had the honor bestowed upon us to lmtlate the new Freshmen into hlgh school This was the best time we had had in a long whlle Of course we were lookxng forward to becommg juniors and to choosmg elective subjects and also the planning of careers Well this year too had proved to be a barrel of fun September 1948 fourteen students were back to the drill of settlmg down to work Work? How many really dxd work? That s the questlon Didn t we only have one more year after thxs so why don t we just have fun whlle we re here Remember the gum chewing? This too was a year full of act1v1t1es First of all we got busy on a jumor Play Then we went mto business to earn money for a junior Semor Trxp A variety show ln the spring helped to raise money for this project whxch materlahzed durmg the last week of school three wonderful days of s1ght seeing at Greenfield Vxllage Detroxt and Niagara Falls The year closed with commencement as a part of the ceremomes our class formed the tradltxonal escort for the graduating class Wasn t this a lot of fun? In September 1949 we were all back agam to enjoy another year wlth all the fellow cla s members This was the last leg of a long but pleasant journey Thxs was the year of a car load of fun We were glven a tr1p by the junior Class as a gomg away present, and this was greatly enjoyed by all A'lso there were the partzes pxctures play clubs and many other thrxllmg achvities We the Semors wxsh to thank the faculty underclassmen and other superwsors for their help ln maklng these years memorable to us Thank you very much for your superv slon agam and aga1n Marylyn jean Gexger 9 g 0 - ua- sos-- . . . nos no . -n noun ua...
