Now at the end of these days together, we think back . . . remembering the things we used to do and the things we used to say. Sometimes we sigh and sometimes we smile, but always we remember that these were our Days ... the Days of innocent hopes and ambitions ... the Days of happy friendships ... of books and worries mixed with laughter, fun and happiness. Yes . . . these were indeed our Days. Now as our day ends, we linger at sundown recalling its accomplishments and imperfections, knowing that in itsafterglowwill come tomorrow. It is our prayer that it will be a brighter and even more peaceful tomorrow ... one free from war and hatred among nations ... a tomorrow that those who fol- low us at Coeburn High School may also say . . . This is MY DAY ' .
