Dear Fellow Students Here is your ACORN for 1937 — for eight months it has been ours to build and to mold, but now it is yours. Throughout the year it has been our object to give you a book which would be entirely distinctive, to whatever extent our talents and our budget would allow, from the ACORNS of previous years. With a dislike for formal explanations and with a degree of respect for the old Chinese proverb, A picture is worth ten thousand words, we have avoided stiffness in ex- planations and have utilized as much space as practically possible for photographs.
