CLASS PROPHECY During this time the town of Northwood has grown considerably and along with it our Academy. The year is 1992, twenty years since the gradua tion of that ambitious class of 1972. Right now, let's take a look at what has happened to the Class of 1972. John Dodge now owns Sherman's Garage, and Charlie Bailey is his head mechanic. While keeping up the competition, Jene Sims has opened up a Chevrolet Garage directly across the street! While Debbie McKinstry, in her mini-skirt, pumps the gas. Quite a show for the boys across the street, especially when she checks the oil! Meanwhile, Johnson's Dairy Bar has changed hands. Bob Blossom now manages the place and Greg Ward is still the head dishwasher. A few miles away Chuck Bailey is minister of his own church, where Janet Harding and Susan Strachan never miss a service. Sandy Grondin is now in the hospital recovering from an accident where she totaled her Cadillac. Frances DeMaggio and Aimee Laramee have jointly opened a clothing store at 570 North Main Street for any of you ladies that may be interested. The only drawback for this establishment is that Cathy Lindquist has her riding stable directly across the street. As far as celebrities from this class, Martin Gecheran is a leading comedian at a local night club owned by Jim Veinote. At this establishment we find Maureen Scribner and Betty Walker are the two most popular chorus girls. On the other hand, our four married women, Cheryl Wolf, Cathy Eccleston, Pam Rafeal, and Bev Turgeon are happily watching their children grow into responsible citizens of our fair city. As a matter of fact, Pam is joyfully awaiting the birth of her first grandchild. Overseas we find Debbie Ward in Germany with her husband, and Jim O'Connor en- joying the night life in Paris. And last but not least Billy Richards hard at work campaigning for the presidential election of this year with Mark Means as his running mate. So this my friends is what has become of the graduating class of 1972, and I sin- cerely hope that every class that graduates from the Academy is as successful and pros- perous as our class is today.
