DISTANCE RUNNERS Cross Country is a bracing fall sport for a hardy group of thinclads. This past season the Comets, who streaked along the two-mile path along with shooting stars from other high schools, were proud to see one of their number bring added glories to Cody. Bob Patrick was the streaking Comet who finished bril- liantly to place tenth in a Held of sixty in the city finals. Our long distance runners have made their specialty a sport to be honored during the past year.
