It was none other than Burnell Myers with his partner Donald Miller We planned to tour the city while our flying saucer was being repaired because Mr Myers and Mr Miller had informed us that most of the class of 51 lived there They also told us that the class adviser of 51 Mr Clair Trout lived down the street with one of his grandchildren As we walked down the street we saw a familiar person pushing a baby carriage It was Mrs ane Miller, Donalds wife While talking with Mrs Miller she told us that Elva Hoare was home on furlough after serving twenty years in China as a missionary ust at this moment we heard the fire siren Looking across the street we saw the Beckner and .bprenkle Fire Company They were called to the home of Mr and Mrs Roger Roser We went along to the fire and brother' we were really sailing No wonder we finally found out it was Randolph Osborne, our old classmate at the wheel When we got to the fire Mrs Roser the former Evelyn Walker told us that one of therr sons was playing with matches across the street It was the largest radio and television factory in the world We went into this large place and first of all we took a peek into the beautiful office and there was Harold Warner with both hrs feet on the desk He had his three secretaries working like slaves The secretaries were Dorothy Rudxsill anet Bange, and Mrs Raymond Amspacher the former Gladys Miller After going through the factory we also found out that Harold had Ammon Alban employed as his xpert worker on radio 'ind televxsion When we came outside the factory we saw a large chool next to the factory On the schoolyard we saw two kids fighting Then we saw the teacher She was Elzora Harrell I the same school Anna Thoman was the Physical Education teacher Elzora told us that Thomans basketball team was doing line Since we had so many other places to visit we left the school We had been walkxng down the street for about ten minutes ust then we heard music coming from somewhere We thought it was coming from the house before us and surely that IS where it was This was the home of Mr and Mrs Fred Trump Fred was trying to teach his kids to play the trumpet Wants them to be chips off the old block It was nearly dinner now, and so we went for lunch After lunch we went to a baseball game It was the World Series of 1985 The game was very exciting No wonder You should have seen that pitcher It was George Lucabaugh from the class of 51 After the game we planned to visit the suburbs of the city ust as we were about to leave the crty we saw two beautiful brick houses beside each other We saw on the mail boxes that these were the homes of Mr and Mrs Arthur Hoff and Mr and Mrs Clyde Berwager Mrs Hoff formerly ulian Grote was employed as floorlady at a large depart ment store in the city Mrs Berwager the former Macletta Miller was employed as a secre tary at the City National Bank 1 1 - s ' ' ' - , . -t.
