Shook CUZ Mrs. lionita lngleheld is the capable direct- ress of the Cochranton High School Hand which is composed of 52 members. Our band made several public appearances, including Meadville, Townville, and at the local Fair. We also merged our musical abilities with NVesleyville and produced a combined concert which was a great success Linder the direction of Mrs. lnglelield and Mr. llroolis. Another highlight in the 195152 year, was the rendering of several well chosen numbers to open the Christmas Concert, which was followed by the mixed chorus. mc! Our band was represented at North West- ern District Band by the following people: Peggy Reed, Iane liurchill, Beverly Helsel, Betty Lou Pearce, Harold Crawford, Richard Hill, David Pete. The annual spring concert will be next on the year's activities. ln this concert, some solos will be featured and also a few numbers by the Chorus. The band will play for commencement and end its year of activities by leading the Me- morial Day Parade.
