We will yell and yell . . . Catch me if you can. by C-FC's Enthusiasm Diane Ruben was crowned queen of C-FC's Home- coming at special ceremonies on Friday, September 27. Diane was presented with a bouquet of flowers by Bill Bond, escorted to the throne by Steve Baures and crowned by Dan Krumholz, student council president. jeff Hanson, master of ceremonies, introduced the senior class skit, The Plight of Little Ne1l. Other features of the program were songs by Randy Rohrer and Steve Baures. Homecoming continued as the C-FC Pirates met the Eleva-Strum Cardinals. Queen Diane and her court looked on as the Cardinals won the game 27--O. 29 Will he catch it? Be careful, he's watching!

. 1. X: V-I-C-T-O-R-Y! Phil and Randy pose. Lighting the bonfire. Oh, so casual! Smashing through ! Homecoming Sparked Sock It To 'Em, Pirates was the over all Home- coming theme. For the first time at C-FC special EIC- tivities were planned for each day of the week. Button Up For A Victory, Support the Pirates rang up the cur- tain as theme of the first event. This was followed by Wear Your Colorsg Be Proud of Your Pirates, Let's Be Casual about a Victory, and Pirates Will Be Dressed Up While the Cards Will Be Messed Up. The special days' events, along with bonfire, snake dance, pep rally and the introduction of the coach and queen candidates on Thursday night, all built mounting enthusiasm. 28
