Class Will We, the Senior Class of 1962, being in our usual mental condition and in much better temper, do hereby dispose of our most prized posses- sions. To the juniors we leave our vacant lockers,misused books, and wads of gum. To the sophomores we leave our common sense and ambition. To the freshmen we leave a book called How To Skip School. To the faculty we leave our left-over tranquilizers in the sincere hope that they will be able to find relief from the confusion we have caused. To our school building we leave the calm, quiet serenity it knew be- fore we arrived. CLASS MOTTO We have crossed the bayg the ocean lies before us. The seniors of 1962 worked diligently throughout the year while looking forward to that long-awaited day of graduation. Everyone was busy planning for a career or college as well as participating in many school activities and organizations. Twelve members of the class par- ticipated in the class play, THE UNGUIDED MISS. Senior class officers were Thomas Abts, presidentg Donald Stettler, vice-presidentg Barbara Ruben, secre- tary, and Patricia Hofland, treasurer. Jeanne Greshik, Bernadette Konter, and Neil Keller were senior repre- sentatives of the student council. Neil Keller also acted as president of the student council. Senior class advisors were Mrs. Sherman, Mrs. Goke, Mr. Steckel, and Mr. Troke. Mrs. Hoskins served as an advisor for the last semester in place of Mrs. Coke. Kathleen Bagniewski received the Betty Crocker Home maker award and Kay Schaffner was winner of the DAR award. GAYLE WASEKA Tall, dark, and then some.
