xxx-2x:::--Qememks-ks-Le-ics-xxx--2:--::--::m- FACULTY ,ff A Message from Mr. Davidson DEAR sENioRs1- Your days at East Cocalico will soon be a memory of eX- periences, activities and achievement depending upon your individual initiative. Your present mental, moral, spiritual and social develop- ment, as well as your future, is of sincere concern to your teachers. The world is in a state of serious unrest, and the problems which face you as you step across the threshold are of gigantic proportions. The solution may not be en- tirely in your hands, but we feel confident that your training in academic and moral fields will help you to think clearly and wisely. I leave to you a quotation that is a pattern for serious con- sideration. Knowledge is proud that he knows so much. Wisdom is humble that he knows no more. May l remind you that our interest in your welfare does not end with your graduation, but we shall always be hoping for greater and nobler attairiments from you as you assume the toga of manhood and womanhoode RESl3ONSll3lLlTY. S incerely, lohn G. Davidson. :ooooo:::::::::::: ::::::::::::::o:::::: :::::Q::oQ-:::::::::: 5 ?gql?Y Y7 ' Y' ' Y7W?n

0 ..--.. M ...-.- .mm--KO-Ka-Le CLAIR ANSEL Nickname- Bigl1eaol That hulking, handsome blond-e known as Bighead has become a familiar beineg around the halls of E. C. H. S. He has been seen constantly on the basketball floor play- ing center for The Famous Five. l-le is also remembered in his role as a lovelorn suitor in the Senior Class play. When asked what he intends to do in the future, Clair simply sends you with that slow, dreamy smile of his and his replies .... Nothing. May you be happy, Clair, in your happy-go-lucky existence. MARIAN ANSEL Nickname- Molly What would the boys in the Senior Class do if they weren't able to tease Marian for she's always ready with a smile or some clever remark that sends everybody into gales of laughter. Marian is one of the hardest workers in the class, willing always to pitch in where there is work to be done. Some day, Marian, we hope to pay back all the hours of cheerfulness you've given us. DAVID BUCICWALTER Nickname-'fB11cky This famous addition to the Senior Class is usually seen on the back of one of the most beautiful steeds in the community. He maintains that some day he will own a large farm and lat-er he insists he intends to raise an even larger family. Good luck, Bucky, May your plan succeed. ..
