There were 16 staff members working on the 1966 Chieftain. Jobs ranged from selling ads and Chieftains to scheduling pictures and meeting deadlines. Almost all the pictures except for the individual class pictures were taken by students. The 1965-1966 War Whoop Staff consisted of seven- teen members who strived to bring all school happen- ings to the attention of students. Again this year the War Whoop was a tabloid size paper and was issued weekly. The staff experimented with two new ideas: the first, a feature which consisted of articles in past years ' papers called Many Moons Ago ; the second idea was more pictures in each issue of the War Whoop.
