The Fresfiznen are first taught to trickle under by tlieirsuperiors, e Sojhoxnores. 'sk THE FISH ARE TAUGHT TG SWIM From the start, the fish hadto fight their Way upstream through an obstacle course of sophomores and a shower storm of perfume thrown by their tormentors. The evening progressed froma friendly initiation to a general revolt and early termi- nation. Out of this bedlam and chaos came a group of Freshmen who are well on their way in proving them- selves an asset to Cobre. The staff would like to take this opportunity to extend a very warm welcome to our first-year wonders. . VK K Next, the Freshmen learned to show proper respect bygrovelling onthe floor. For being such good kiddies, they were re- warded by being allowed to dance with members of the opposite sex. what more could a person ask for? These are the miracle - workers who are largely responsible for the amazing meta- rnorphosis which occurs between the Freshman HUG Sophomore years, Theyare more ap- propriatelytermed sponsors.
