Our class officers were: Patricia, Presidentg Jon, Vice-Presidentg Lois, Treasurer, and Maureen, Secretary. The major event of the year was initiation. We were everything that freshmen could be-timid, afraid, curious, and dumb. After some struggle on the big day we managed to become As studies, had passed, and we were official members of the high school. the year rolled by we contributed our share of talents, sports, and fun to our school life. Before we knew it the school year freshmen no more. September, 1951 September, 1951, found us back at the Cobb High School with renewed enthusiasm. It was our turn to initi- ate the freshmen. We did such a thorough job that we helped in establishing the rule of no painting on initia- tion day. Our class officers were: Marlys, President, Richard, Vice-Presidentg Betty, Secretary, and Maureen, Treasurer. We lost James Brockert, LeRoy Udelhoven, and Gerald Tremelling and gained Shelby Hughes that year. As school drew to a close we had many happy memories to carry with us throughout the summer. f 3515? That year Betty Dickinson transferred to Highland, Lois Ralph to Dodgeville, and Patsy Kent joined us from Dodge- ville.
