JU IOR CLASS As our Junior year comes to a close, we look over the many wonderful times we have had as lower, upperclassmen. Our officers were: President, Bob Blanchardg Vice President, Paul Montanog Sec- retary, Lynn Hoagland, Business Manager, Jeff Cowden, Treasurer, Jean Friend, Public ity Manager, Sue Evans. Our first dance, Moments to Remember, was given October 10. lt was a great success, as was our second dance given in March. Our largest money-raising event for the year was the raffle of a portable radio in December. Our play was held in May and it was enjoyed by everyone, especially the Juniors. We really went all out for our departing friends, the Seniors, and gave them a really great prom and banquet. All events were great successes due to the advice and support of our advisors, Mrs Warner and Mr. Sewell. We extend to them our warmest thanks. 17 f Andy Ambrosia, Tom Dotson, Ronald Dean, Olimpio Fiscalini. SOPHO ORE CLASS Here we are, realizing the fact that school has started at Coast Union and it is again time to start back to work, which in the Sophomore class is indeed hard! with such able-bodied advisors as Mr, Hudson and Mr. Dunn, the school year of 1958 and 1959 was a huge success, such as our dances which were tops, Class officers were: President. Dana Gay Bordegarayg Vice President, Danny Raminhag Secretary, Judy Thorndyke, Treasurer, Maureen Storni. llere it is the end of the school year and we have taken another step in achieving our individual goals. Our Sophomore year will be a happy thought in our memory for long time to come. 18 FRONT ROW: Nancy Perry, Dana Gay Borde- garay, Phyllis Musser, Sharon Yost, Betty Trites, Sharon Buss, Sue Patterson, Bonnie Lei, SECOND ROW: Mr. Hudson, advisor, Richard Pedraita, Linda Hamilton Pearl Perry, Maureen Storni, Jane Woerner, Dianna Bel- lomy, Judy Thorndyke, Caroline Blanchard, Nick Thomas, Mr. Dunn, advisor, THIRD ROW: Darreld Beauchamp, Gibson McConnell, Bob Negranti, Gary Shoffner, James St. John, Danny Raminha, Henry Ferber 3 FRONT ROW: Me- linda Boisen, Dorice Romines, Katherine Garms, Tammy Morgan, Gail Friend, Mary Ellen Camozzi, Kay Haney, Barbara Vin- cent, SECOND ROW: Mrs. Soto, advisor, Loren Storni, Sandra Mize, Pat Ingram, Kay Morgan, Janet Molinari, Phyllis Harbin, Nancy Rizzo, Kathy Rogallo, Harry Bil- lings, Mr. Pringle, advisor, THIRD ROW: Geary Whiting, Frank Mainini, Jerry Dean, Steve Maclilvaine, Ellis Bassetti, Michael Williams, Duane Beau- champ, John Zillig, Ernie Dickens, Eddy Fiscalini. X FRESH N CLASS The Freshman Class of 1958-59 came marching proudly to high school with twenty -six students, for though we were only lower classmen, we were at least in high school. As Freshmen, we had some duties to perform, such as painting the C and clean- ing around it. Since we had no initiation, the Seniors gave us the privilege of cleaning up after their dances, keep the school campus clean, pick up pop bottles after games, giving them Senior priority in the lunch line for two months, and most im- portant of all, they let us raise twelve kittens and their offspring thereof to display at public schools week. Class officers were: President, Pat lngramg Vice President, Nancy Rizzo, Secre- tary, Kay Haney: Treasurer, Kay Morgan, Business Manager, Duane Beauchamp.
