At last lovely Martha Roberts' ambition has come true. She is now acting as Connie ln the show 'There's Happiness in Life, if we Only Balleve'. we all know that she will be a suc- gess since she was always willing to do her Cite Look! Thers's Daisy Ghewnlng hurrying through the crowd. She thinks she might find someone to take home ln her taxi-cab. Whose melodlous voice ls that we hear sing- ing over the radio? Oh yes, I remember! It's Mary Lou Channel who always loved to sing. That charming voice we hear when we make a phone call is that of Lucy Ross. She ls now the telephone operator at Elkins, West Vir- glnla. It's postmistress Kelly who supplies the public with mall. Could it be that she chose this vocation in order that she might save herself some extra steps? She always had many letters to mall. Is that Llberts who works all day long putting up pin curls till her fingers hurt? She always sald,NThere's nothing better than to be s good beaut1cian.' Sure that's Lena Zlrkle in that stunning suit. She designs ladies' clothes for Sears Roebuck and Company. Lives of seniors should remind them KO! each lesson's mighty oostt And, departing leave behind them Deep regret for chances lost.
