Especially effective was the highlighting of the slide-trombone section in new musical arrangements. The band has continued to pro- vide us with fine entertainmentg especially noteworthy of this fact was the Band Concert this spring. JU 1011 BA The junior Band belies its name, for there is nothing junior about the volume of tone that this group can produce. Interest and application are making these youngsters into capable instrumentalistsg their talent is apparentg and the clay is not far off when these band members will develop into full-fledged musicians, 1 N R. 5.
