Mr Norman Richards Mr Edward Edwards SEATEDvLeft to Right: Dr. Leonard Lithgow, Supervising Principal, Mr. R. B. Harvey President, Mr. John Pascoeg Treasurer, Mr. Stephen Radocha, Jr., Mr. Evan Stevens STANDING-Mr. George Foster, Secretary, Mr. Walter Evans, Vice-President, Mr. Edward Edwards. BOARD or EDUCA ION The members of the Board of Education in coniunction with the administrative officers of our school have, during this past year, made many notable contributions to the welfare of our Alma Mater. The term of office of Mr. Norman Rich- ards, expired January l. His devoted loyalty and unstinted service will be sorely missed. However, his place has been very adequately filled by the election of Mr. Edward Edwards, whose many sterling qualities promise achievements of note. We appreciate the fact that all the members of the Board of Education are busy with their personal affairs, yet find time to make a worthy contribution to the cause of Education in Coaldale. Mr. Stephen Radocha, Jr. has been appointed to succeed his father, recently deceased. Mr. Randolph B. Harvey, A. B., M. A. Supervising Principal Three years ago, Mr. Harvey was elected Supervising Principal of Coaldale Schools. During his tenure, many notable improvements in our schools, both in physical equipment and scholastic achieve- ments, are apparent. Although there is not space to list these improvements here, we know you will agree with us when we say, Coaldale Schools are progressing.

STUDENT OOPERATIVE The Student Cooperative Association was organized in the fall of 1934 for the purpose of bringing about cooperation between the student body and administra- tion. The many problems which arise in the home room discussions are further dis- cussed and acted upon at the regular weekly sessions of this active and aggress- ive Association. SSOCIATION This group has undertaken various activities such as maintaining a consession- stand at football and basketball games, erecting Christmas decorations throughout the building and aiding the Teacher's Association in various ways. This group proved to be most successful this year under the capable direction of its president, Leonard Weiksner.
