rinripalls message lv f ' - ,...,- at--i E , W Congratulations to the Coahoman Staff are more timely and appropriate during this era than they were a decade ago when those of uswho are still associated with Coahoma Junior College and Agricul- tural High School first extended felicitations to Mrs. Barron and a dedicated group of students who worked diligently to see that a record of the colleges history, its memories, and achievements were preserved for the record. It is important that we recognize the common denominator of the Philsophy of Coahoma Junior College and Agricultural High School, More efficient use of Human and Natural Resources, in our endeavors to meet the challenge of change. While the concept of the need for education is not new its form is ever evolving. It Must Change To Meet Change. This change should not be interpreted as down grading the importance of the established practices of good behavior, hard work with the hands, the head and the heart. It should be interpreted as a signal for our administrators, teachers, and students to take well-planned, intelligent action on imple- menting the responsibilities each has to the other, the school, and the community. The continued growth of C.I.C. and A.H.S. will rest on the premise that no administrator, teacher, or student can abrogate his responsibilities. Since the challenge of change is with us, let it be known that we are ready to accept our obligations to meet the change. FRANK MCCUNE, Principal , ts
