Kulow, G. Dapolito, C, Hanson, T. Fischette, R. DeLuca, Mr.Ho1liday,M. Pulvino. In a process most aptly described as Rebirth, Student Council took on new life at C.C.S. this year. First step in the way of rejuvenation was the extending of the Council's authority and jurisdiction to govern every phase of student activity. Each class, having made formal petition, was granted a charter insuring its rights and establishing its obligations within the framework of the Council. With its roots thus firmly entrenched, theCounci1has proceeded to enjoy a banner year. Assemblies, pep-rallies, Friday night dances, season tickets, the Block-C dinner, all have been successfully sponsored and directed by this central governing board. For the first time, concessions at games have been equitably divided among the classes to insure a more even distribution of revenue accruing from this source. From the placing of waste containers in the halls to the promotion of a Community Center, this has been student government at its best. Congratulations to this year's representatives and a bright-eyed look to a future filled with perhaps even greater things to come. 40
