Pattle Alderman NBISOI1 Fl'3l1S8 NATIONAL HONOR SOCIETY The National Honor Soclety lNHSl ls a society to encourage academlc excellence. To be ln- ducted as a member into the Honor Society a student must have a 3.5 grade point average at the end of his junior year and demonstrate ablllty In leader- ship, servlce, and character. The Honor Society ls sponsored by Mr. Farris, Mr. McCray, Mr. McDaniel, Mrs. Razura, Mrs. McKinney, and Mrs. Balfanz. The offlcers for 1978-79 were Julle Perlch, presldentg Nelson Franse, vlce-presldentg James Hussey, correspondlng secre- taryg Leesa McKinney, record- ing secretary, Patty Watson, treasurer. Durlng the year the Honor Socl- ety dld several thlngs.
