Wz'th in A a'mz'nz'st1'atz'0n Mr. Virgil Telgemeyer Elementary Principal Mr. Connie E. Cress, Principal Experiencing the seriousness of life today, but always knowing the importance of helping students plan for tomorrow, Mr. Cress, Aristotle said, Those who educate children new to the System, this Year' well are more to be honored than even their parents, for these only give them life, those the art of living well. This quotation could well apply to Mr. Telgemeyer, who assumed his duties as elementary principal in the new building. Mrs. Beulah Lewis, Secretary offered helpful guidance to the students of CHS. Cooperation and efficiency, necessary for an organized school administration, were maintained by Mrs . Lewis. Aside from many designated duties, Mrs. Lewis pre- pared important notices, daily absentee slips, checked all money deposits from the various clubs, recorded cards and per- formed many other duties. In her spare time she found time to keep house for her husband, Don, and daughters, Anna, Diana and Sandy who was away at college.
