ADMINISTRATION ...early morning announce- ments over the PA system echoing through the halls... conferences with the faculty... meetings with school board members...hoping for that extra financial lift to improve the school... leaving the office door open to encourage closer rapport with students and parents...controlling the red tape, checking the memos, making progress with the paperwork...the endless barrage of phone calls...communicating...smoothing the road ahead...
