To the Students of C. S. V. T. S. I wish to congratulate the annual staff and their sponsor for their splendid job in making this annual. I wish to express to the students and to the faculty my appreciation for your co-operation during this school year. The School Boards and the people of the community have been very loyal and supported the efforts made in the behalf of the school. It is only by working together that we may hope to have the school that will meet the needs of our community. Very sincerely yours, Shirrell Halbrook Superintendent Page 4
