Without their discipline, planning and carrying out of the plans, our school could not function. We owe them a vote of thanks. Personnel Superintendent Eugene Alexander is superintendent of Clinton Prairie Consolidated Schools. In this distinguished position, Mr. Alexander administers policies adopted by the school board, renders re- quired reports to the State, and is the business manager of the school subject to the approval of the board. The students enjoy his excellent sense of humor and are grateful for his leadership at Clinton Prairie. Seeretagf Q' the Superintendent fy' Schools Mrs. Kelley, Mr. Alexander's secretary, is a woman who is not known to many students of Clinton Prairie. She may deal with social, economic, and emotional problems which often- times are the hidden cause for absenteeism. School Seeretayf Amidst ringing phones, the conversation of teachers and principal , and the jingle of lunch money being counted in the office lobby, sits a person we know well and have grown to like. Although the artist penciled school-room scenes for seven months, he left before he could capture on canvas the gaiety of the April prom, the im- pressiveness of the music festivals, the pomp of graduation, and the spontaneous joy of students finally dismissed. Some moods, and some expressions cannot be captured on a tangible canvas, but can only be sketched with the Pencil of Imagination on the canvas of one's mind, these impressions are called memories.
