MRS. BETTY PATE MR. WILLIE H. MORTON Mrs. Pate graduated from A. S. T. C. in 1954 where she received her B. S. E. in Home Economics. Mrs. Pate is presently teaching Home Economics I, II, III. She is also sponsor of the FHA and co-sponsor of the Junior class. Mr. Morton is a graduate of the University of Arkansas where he received his M. Ed. degree in 1954. He is instructor of Agricul ture I, II, III, and IV. Mr. Morton is also sponsor of the FFA and is co-sponsor of the Senior class. MR. RALPH HUTTO MRS. BARBARA FINCHER Mr. Hutto has attended A. S. T. C., Mrs. Fincher graduated from Clinton State Mississippi State College, and Draughon's Vocational Training School in 1953. She School of Business. He teaches typing I, II, is now employed as school secretary, and bookkeeping. Mr. Hutto is also co- sponsor of the Freshmen class. Page 9

MR. SHIRREL HALBROOK Mr. Halbrook received his B. S. E. from Arkansas State Teachers College in 1950 and obtained his M. Ed. degree from the University of Arkansas in 1954. He is Superintendent of the Clinton School System. He teaches Algebra and is Spon- sor of the Student Council. MR. CURTISS BARNES Mr. Barnes received his B. S. E. degree from Arkansas State Teachers College in 1946. He is now teaching World History, American History, General Science, and is sponsor of the Beta Club. He is also Principal. MISS MARGARET HUTCHISON Miss Hutchison received her B. S. E. de- gree from ASTC in 1944. She is a mem- ber at large of Kappa Kappa Iota Sorority, Life member of NEA, Treasurer of County Teachers Assoc, and taught in Clinton Grade School until 1949. She teaches English, is Librarian, and sponsor of Sr. Class. MR. JOHN GRIFFITH Mr. Griffith received his B. A. degree in 1929 and M. A. degree in 1931 from Texas Christian University. After he graduated from there, he taught Greek, Hebrew, and Math there. He is now teaching algebra, Physics, Biology, Geometry, and sponsor of Freshmen. Page 8

Photo Not Available MR. DOLAN MATTHEWS MR. CLARENCE PERKINS Mr. Matthews graduated from Adkins High School and has attended college at Arkansas A M, Arkansas State at Jonesboro, and the University of Arkansas. He directed the band and glee at Hendrix College in 1925. Mr. Matthews is now directing the Clinton Bands. Mr. Perkins attended Arkansas State Teach- ers College. He was the basketball coach at Kensett High School in 1954-1955. He coached at the Naval Air Base in San Diego and in Yokosuka, Japan. Photo Not Available MRS. FRANCES PERKINS MR. BOBBY ALLEN SMITH Mrs. Perkins has a B. S. E. degree from the Arkansas State Teachers College. Her major was in speech and her minor was English. She has taught one year at Kennett and one year at Prottsville. Mr. Smith attended the Batesville Arkansas College. He has a B. S. E. degree. He was the coach at Van Buren High School at Van Buren, Missouri last year. Page 10
