SENIOR CLASS HISTORY Well, we finally reached our last year after three years of hard work. It wasn’t all work, however. We had quite a few nice times along the way. Let’s look back at our freshman and sophomore years. That was the time for getting acquainted and making new friends. Our officers for the first year were: Kathryn Kercheval, President; Joan Lawson, Vice- President; Jeri Brookbank, Secretary; Barbara Wright, Treasurer. For our sophomore year we elected the following officers: John Kitinoja, President; Betty Jo Ricauda, Vice-President; Judy Richardson, Secretary; Barbranell Eastwood, Treasurer. By the time we we re junior s we felt quite a bit more at home and we had more responsibility than before. That year it was up to us to have a very nice Junior-Senior Prom -- and we did! The name of it was ‘‘Moonlight Cruise.” It was a lot of work but well worth all our effort. Our officers that year we re : Miriam Deeds, President; Charles Massa, Vice-President; Betty Haymaker, Treasurer; Ruth Householder, Secretary. This year has kept us quite busy with annual pictures, our class party, ordering cards and invitations and all the other little things that go along with being a senior. We were busiest of all the last two weeks of school. The Senior Picnic, Commencement, and Baccalaureate exercises really has us going. But we would be willing to go through it all over again. It was lots of fun! 10
