Under the direction of Mr. Richard Wegner, it has made Clinton known by earn- ing first ratings at both the District and State Band festivals. S The people of Clinton found great pleasure in the musical numbers presented at the many concerts performed during the year. The artful combination of band and choir resulted in many moments of mus- ical enjoyment. The symphony band, marching band and choirs have brought home many trophies, plaques, and scrolls for appearing at various functions, including the State Fair and District and State Music Festivals.
